SIMPLI IN THE BOX is the interactive game designed to make good governance learning engaging, effective and even fun, beyond the legal formality.

The Expansion Packs address the learning objectives to gain the specific knowledge, skills and abilities required by the relevant frameworks. They are important to understand not only what is required to be done, but also, and especially, what is right to do.

The Human Rights Expansion Pack has been designed for game-based learning sessions that aim to spread the culture of protection of human rights and principles of full respect for the personalities, peculiarities and dignity of each worker. The good and bad practices illustrated in the game are based on the essential elements of the culture of human rights - framed in context in international law - which promote the adoption of good practices and the construction of internal policies as foundational elements of the corporate social responsibility that the company carries out.
