SIMPLI IN THE BOX is the interactive game designed to make good governance learning engaging, effective and even fun, beyond the legal formality.

The Expansion Packs address the learning objectives to gain the specific knowledge, skills and abilities required by the relevant frameworks. They are important to understand not only what is required to be done, but also, and especially, what is right to do.

The Diversity & Inclusion Expansion Pack has been designed for game-based learning sessions that aim to overcome barriers to create inclusion, manage and communicate with people from diverse backgrounds, and identify and implement approaches to manage diversity. The good and bad practices illustrated by the game are based on the essential elements of respectful diversity and inclusion culture and help navigate different work contexts more effectively while providing the tools to deepen understanding of the differences surrounding the work environment.
