The market where your business is registered — it sets how we invoice you, since VAT rules differ by market. Please read the note below before choosing.

Which markets we serve

We currently sell and invoice in Italy, the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada. Switzerland, Norway and Iceland (European, non-EU) are opening soon — you can register now and we'll activate your account as soon as we go live there. If your market isn't listed, choose "Other Markets [not served yet]": we can't open a business account for it at this stage, so the application won't continue — but we're expanding. Write to info@simpli-inthebox.com with your company and country, and we'll contact you as soon as we reach your market.

Organisation Type*

Tell us what kind of organization you are — it sets your pricing. Certified B Corporations™ get 20% off and academic institutions 40% off, applied automatically to every product once your eligibility is verified and your account approved. Choose Business if neither applies — standard pricing.

Verification page (or website)*

Required for all applicants. How we confirm your discount. If you're a Certified B Corporation™, paste the link to your company's page in the official B Lab™ directory (bcorporation.net → Find a B Corp). If you're an academic institution, paste your page in the WHED world directory (whed.net). We check it before approving your account, and your 20% / 40% discount is then applied automatically. If you're a standard business, just add your website.

Enter your full registered business address. As you type, pick your address from the suggestions so every part fills in correctly, and make sure you select your Country from the list. Enter the ZIP / Postal code in your country's format (e.g. 47011 for Italy). 'Apt, suite' is optional; the other parts are required.

Tax / VAT ID

EU/UK VAT, Australian ABN, New Zealand NZBN and Norwegian organization numbers (NO…MVA) are verified automatically. Canadian GST/HST numbers (123456789RT0001) are accepted.

E-invoicing code

Apply Split Payment Status - D.L. n. 148/2017. Please note that application for Split Payment regime will be verified before the order is approved for delivery.
